Job Description :

The IT Hardware Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our IT hardware Company will provide Comprehensive training for hardware which need to support . This role also includes providing system support for our internal systems .

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair IT hardwre
• Provide system support for our internal system
• Troubleshoot hardware and system issues
• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries concerns , and requests about products and services .
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and system for fulfilling business objectives and processes .
• Perform daily backup tasks and monitor system performance
• Collaborate with the development team to report any system issues or bugs ,and work towards their resolution .

Qualification and Experience:

• Degree in Computer science , information Technology , or related field .
• Proven experience as a hardware Engineer or similar role for a minimum of 2 years
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Knowledge of IT system, infrastructure, and networking.
• Excellent problem – solving and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
