Job Summary

Gym instructor is responsible for accurately assessing clients at the start of their journey, compiling reports, and developing their fitness levels. He/she should be able to assist clients in reaching their goals, and have a passion and drive for health, wellness, and fitness. The Gym instructor should stay up to date with the latest trends in the fitness industry and provide solutions to client’s fitness needs. An exceptional Gym Instructor will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, diligence, and be able to add value to a growing organization.

Job Requirement

• Level 4 or degree in sport management qualification or equivalent.
• Gym Instructor certification.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Gym Instructor in a luxury Gym environment
• A high level of personal presentation and communication skills.
