Job Description


Job Summary

Oversees all guest services operations, including meeting and event, front desk, reservations, PBX, bell staff, and transportation services to ensure quality and customers satisfaction. Guest service head focuses on the client’s needs and requirements and ensures that they are being fulfilled. He/she implements various strategies that will help in improving the property facilities that will eventually lead to an increasing number of customers. He/she makes sure that effective guest strategies are designed so that exceptional services can be provided to the visitors. Guest services head assess employee performance, create strategies and services to enhance productivity and increase revenue and profitability.

Job Requirement

  • BA Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration or related.
  • 3 years of previous experience working in the hospitality industry or equivalent customer service role.
  • Hands-on experience with Hospitality Management software (PMS).
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
