Job Requirements

• BA/ Diploma/ Degree in Front Office or Hotel Management or any related field.
• Having two or more years’ work experience in an international Hotel (4*5*)
• Having the critical competencies for the FO Agent position
• Good Command of English and knowledge of other languages are advantageous
• Excellent customer service skills, knowledge of the opera system, teamwork, and diversity relations
