Job Description


Job Summary

The Guest Services Agent (GSA) is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service and standards are achieved. The GSA acts as a main point of contact for all property customers and works in harmony with all property departments to ensure all customers/clients are wowed by our inspired location and authentic moments they experience with the team. The GSA acts as a problem solver, in a professional and calm manner, resolving any customer concerns that may occur while delivering outstanding service to customers. He/she is expected to provide customers with property services information, and accommodate tenants during their stay in an attentive, courteous, and friendly manner. Moreover, the GSA is responsible to prepare the tenants list, monitoring customer’s check-ins/check-outs from and to the property with tremendous patience and accommodate every need with enthusiasm and poise.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or relevant field.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience Customer Service Department.
  • Excellent in Writing, Speaking in English and more foreign language
