Job Description

Major Duties (Not all-inclusive)

  • Design and create graphics with top-notch designing skills to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, displays, or logo for advertisement and promotional use
  • Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Web sites
  • Develop various print and electronic graphic designs for various campaigns, advertising materials, and online with help of all internal and external materials
  • Creating and delivering motion and motionless graphics for various media to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, displays, or logos
  • Create designs, concepts, and sample layouts, based on knowledge of layout principles and esthetic design concepts
  • Create the visual concept of pictures, art, and designs to reflect the desired theme and tone of the communications
  • Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style and size of type
  • Develop graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and Web sites

Knowledge and Skill

  • Hands-on experience in image editing tools and graphic design software like InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, etc.
  • Designing tools like CAD, Publishing software, Graphic or photo imaging software
  • Web design, graphic applications C++, adobe, and likes
  • Creativity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Amharic+ English).
