Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing marketing materials for both digital and print channels.
• This includes designing brochures, flyers, digital ads, social media visuals, email templates, infographics, and other promotional materials.
• Ensure consistent branding across all marketing collateral, adhering to the company’s brand guidelines. Maintain the visual identity and tone of voice to effectively represent the brand.
• Work closely with the content marketing team to visually represent ideas and concepts through graphics and illustrations. Collaborate with writers, marketers, and other team members to translate ideas into engaging visuals.
• Design graphics for various digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, website banners, email marketing campaigns, and online advertisements.
• Create eye-catching print materials for various purposes, such as brochures, flyers, direct mail, and promotional materials for events.
• Edit and enhance photographs to ensure high-quality visuals that align with the brand image.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative design ideas and concepts for marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a fresh and modern approach in all design work.
• Manage design projects, timelines, and deadlines effectively. Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of design assets.
• Ensure that all design work meets quality standards, is error-free, and ready for final production.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphics designing.

Competencies and Professional skills required

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role,
• Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop,
  Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and creative
  solutions.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple design projects
  simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of print production processes and specifications is a plus.
• Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback into design work.
