Job Description

Major duties and responsibilities

  • Leads and directs General Service activities.
  • Implements company`s service policy, regulations and directives
  • Maintains proper and accurate records of general service division files
  • Understand general service practices which will ensure the company general service administration work.
  • Supervises and evaluates the duties of messengers, cleaners, guards and drivers.
  • Provision of uniforms and safety materials as per the pre-designed plan of the company

Job Requirement

Qualification: BA degree in Human resource Management or related filed

Relevant Experience and required skills:

  • 4+ years of experience in General service, handling all functions.
  • Experience in manufacturing factories.
  • computer and software skill
