Qualification:  BA

Experience: At least 3 years work experience  in office management related activities

Skill: knowledge of basic computer applications like EXCEL, Microsoft Word, etc…

Responsibilities

  • Coordination: Coordinate multiple activities to ensure smooth working environment
  • Planning: Plan and process in coming requests and deliver on time
  • Integrate: Honest, encourages openness and transparency; demonstrates highest levels of integrity
  • Communication: Actively communicate with the team and update the purchase status regularly
