• Prepare different utility and maintenance payment orders
• Follow up different maintenance works
• Record any general service duties in a log book
• Encode data in fuel management system software
• Assist with budget preparation
• Assist in monitoring fuel consumptions
• Assist in supervising fleet management
• Perform other related duties as required

JOB REQUIREMENT

Diploma/10+3/Level 3 and above in Procurement & Supplies Management, Management, Business Administration, and any other related fields with 2 years
of relevant experience, preferably in banking industry
