Job Summary

The General Manager is responsible for the overall management of the operations of the company to ensure that they produce the desired results and are in consistent with the overall strategy and mission of the company. He / She is responsible for the planning and execution of the company’s strategic and operational plans by establishing vibrant management team that shall always cope with the dynamic and changing business environment and ensure business continuity.

Job Requirement

Required qualification: M.Sc/B.Sc. in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field of study.

Experience: Minimum 8/10 years of relevant experience out of which 4 years as General Manager or similar senior Management positions. Experience in plastic and paint manufacturing industries is more preferable.

Skills and other abilities required:

• High leadership quality;
• Proven skills on strategic, project, and operational management;
• Ability to make decision on sound judgment;
• Knowledge of human resource management and financial management;
• Knowledge of report writing and performance evaluations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Others required as appropriate
