Job Summary

The General Manager will be responsible for developing the business vision and strategy. Leading team to new business, strategic client management, while simultaneously managing the company’s overall strategic moves.

Responsibilities

• Setting the business vision and lead the operation to position as Leading production company in the country.
• Regularly review, re-evaluate and report the company`s performance against agreed goals and objective.
• Develop and execute a client lead growth strategy for different production works across the industry with research and knowledge leading a team.
• Drive the commercial strategy and pricing across all production outputs and ensure competitor pricing versus industry players
• Identify emerging industry and product trends early on and transform them into winning products.
• Manage relationships with different technology vendors through time

Qualification

• A successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business or a similar field and at least 5-8 years’ experience in related Production company/advertising, agencies, film production companies etc….
• Strong communication and presentation skills both in Amharic & English and other languages are a plus.
• A proven leader, Dynamic, creative thinker and talent developer
• Advanced understanding of production works and procedures involved in serving ads in various media platforms,
• proficiency in computer applications.
