Job Summary

Under the general direction of the Board of Management and the managing director, the General Manager performs all activities necessary for the realization of the objectives of the Company. Specifically, the General Manager is in charge of the powers and duties outlined below:

• Planning, organizing, staffing, directing, coordinating and controlling the overall activities of the Company.
• Instructing and coordinating the preparation of strategic, tactical and operational plans and follows up implementation upon approval.
• Ensuring the proper utilization of the Company’s human, financial and material resources;
• Deciding on policy issues and organizational changes in consultation with the Board of Management and other management members of the Company

Job Requirement

Qualification

• BA in Management/ Accounting or Economics plus 10 years’ experience out of which 5 years as General manager of similar company
• MBA or MA in Management, Accounting or Economics plus 8 years’ experience out of which 3 years as General manager of similar company
