Job Requirements

Qualification:

• Degree in Hotel Management or Certificate in Front office management and able to Excellent verbal communication.
• At least two years of customer service experience
• One year of front desk experience in the hospitality industry
• Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Good knowledge of Hotel Software is Advantages
