Job Description


Place of Work: Addis Ababa

JOB REQUIREMENT

Required qualification: BA degree or diploma in hotel management, management, or related fields.

Experience: At least two years’ experience as front office manager or front office supervisor in three or four-star hotel.

Human relations skill: Good human relation skill and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds.

Language proficiency: Good command of spoken and written English is required.

Knowledge of additional national and international languages is desirable.

Computer skills: Command of computer applications & working knowledge of Cnet software.

Industry knowledge: Good hospitality industry and hotel product knowledge and salesmanship skill.
