Duties include:

• Supervise coordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion, and serve food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparations.
• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Helps maintain a standard for raw and finished product quality service and speed, quality, and cleanliness.
• Maintained records of stock, sales, and wastage
• Train staff in job duties and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensures that food and service meet quality control standards
• May participate in the selection of food service staff and assist in the development of policies, procedures, and budget

Salary: 8,000-10,000 monthly Salary
Work Location: Summit Fiyelbet

Work schedules are expected to be shifts of 8 hours a day.

Qualifications/Skills/Requirements:

– 3-5 years of work experience in well-known fast-food establishments, Hotels, and restaurants
– Diploma in Food and Beverage Service
– Excellent English language skill
– Must live around summit and nearby places
