Responsibility

Dispatchers flights in accordance with the communicated schedule in coordination with the Head aircraft maintenance.

• Provide flight information and necessary documentation to crew.
• Ensures that all passengers receive all required assistance.
• Maintains a constant communication link with  crew and passengers when a flight is planned.
• Caters for all immigration and custom issues that may arise.
• Ensures that all the concerned agencies are well informed of the flight.
• Facilitates passenger handling in the most professional way possible.
• Schedule and dispatch drivers to specific locations.

Job Requirement

Qualifications:

• Certificate as a Flight dispatcher or a High school certificate.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Amharic.
• Well organized with the ability to multi-task, handle fast paced-high pressure environment.
• Basic knowledge of cargo operations and related parameters.
• Familiarity with Flight planning systems.
• Must pass Security background check.
