Job Description


The Finance Manager is responsible for the overall financial management, reporting, control systems, budgeting, project costing, and compliance of Lamino Engineering PLC. This role oversees the Finance Department, ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, manages audits, optimizes financial operations, and supports strategic decision-making for the company’s ICT and project-based activities.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure compliance tax laws.
  • Maintain accurate general ledger records and lead internal and external audits.
  • Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections and monitor variances.
  • Support strategic decision-making with financial analysis and modeling.
  • Manage project costing, budget monitoring, and OPEX/CAPEX tracking.
  • Ensure proper allocation of project costs and collaborate with project and engineering teams.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, bank transactions, and financial facilities.
  • Strengthen internal controls and financial risk management processes.
  • Oversee ERP financial modules and drive process automation.
  • Supervise and guide finance staff and promote continuous improvement.
About You

Educational Qualifications and Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • MBA or professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA are highly preferred.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a senior finance or supervisory role.
  • Experience in engineering, ICT, project-based operations, construction, manufacturing, or related sectors is highly advantageous.

Skills required:

  • Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • In-depth understanding of project costing, CAPEX/OPEX flows, and profitability analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic decision-support abilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in ERPsystems and advanced MS Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
