Job Description


Job Summary

The role of the Manager is to plan, organize, coordinate, lead and supervise the Department activities like finance & accounts, human resources, overall administration and budgeting of company towards the achievement of the objectives of the Organization. Performs all other activities assigned by the CEO.

Job Requirement

Required Qualification: MA/MBA or BA in Accounting/ Accounting and Finance, and trained in Finance, Risk Management, budgeting management, Peachtree Accounting, IFRS, quick book,  Core banking system

Work Experience and skills: A total of 10/12 years work experiences out of which a minimum of 2 years in similar position. Experience in applying IFRS and Core banking system has an advantage

Salary scale: based on the company competitive scale.

Work place:  Addis Ababa Head office,
