Major responsibilities

• Ensuring the project adhere to the planning and all documentation is maintained appropriately through monitoring and evaluation. Control the overall activities of the project in Design, plan, implement and compile reports from field office.
• Provide necessary information to the OSD Humanitarian response program Coordinator at Head Office, to ensure sustainability of project response (when appropriate) Ensure high quality reports are submitted in a timely manner and in accordance with the donor and OSD requirements by collecting evidences and case stories from target areas

Job Requirement

• Educational qualification, Experience and skill:
• BA/BSc or MA/MSc in Disaster Risk Reduction, Food security, Agriculture, Agri Business and Agricultural Economics, sociology .or, related fields.
• Minimum of Eight years for BA/BSc or six years for MA/MSc of relevant work experience.
• Strong planning, monitoring, reporting and documentation of lessons learned
• Strong experience in collaborating and partnering with the government and other OSD partners
• Experience in leading the project implementation specially in emergency program, Good report writing and communication skills,
• Proven operational level experience Computer proficiency using Microsoft Word and Excel, power point, Microsoft access, etc.
• Good interpersonal skills,
• NGO experience is advantageous

Terms of Employment: Definite Term i.e, (from July 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022)

Duty Station: Afar( Field base with frequent travel to project sites)
