What you will learn and contribute to

  • Assists and supports Manage services team in processes execution,
  • Responsible for specified project operational tasks e.g. reporting and document management Key activities:
  • Within specified process area(s) participates in the process planning and implementation of the plan
  • Is responsible to facilitate the execution of specific project management process(es) e.g. manage services forecasting, scheduling, site documentation (AT, PM, etc.)
  • Support and assist the manager service team in processes execution, implementing standard project management practices, and tool management.
  • Responsible for specified project operational tasks e.g. reporting and document management
  • Participates in the process planning and implementation of the plan
  • Ensures data consistency and supports data entry collection in relevant tools
  • Responsible for reporting, information, and data sharing for the project team and relevant stakeholder teams
  • Preparation of reports for manager service requirements
  • Participates in manager services documentation processes for the relevant parts e.g. Manages Project Documentation library/-ies
  • Support manager service team for invoice validation submitted by partners
  • Time reporting control for resources.
  • Following up on action points from various meeting
  • Handle tools and processes e.g. Mywfm, Reporting tools, KPI management
  • Previous experience in a Project management environment would be advantageous

Your skills and experience

  • University Degree
  • Good Communications Skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
  • Passionate about work and willing to work based on requirements
  • Project Management training is added advantage
  • 3-5 years of experience in Coordinator’s role in a reputed company
