Qualification

• Degree/ Diploma in Food & Beverage from a recognized Hotel Institute or College.
• At least 3 years of work experience in a 5 or 4-star hotel as an F&B supervisor.
• Fluent spoken & written English
• Great leadership skills and an excellent team player
• Great interpersonal skills and Passion for the industry
• Very good understanding of F&B Operation
• Working knowledge and strong skills in F&B and event functions.
