ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Technical officer would be responsible to plan, organize, implement and mentor site level care provision for target beneficiaries.
• Supervise and provide technical support for community engagement facilitator’s and Social Service Workers daily basis.
• Generate/collect Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly project reports from CEFs and other community service providers and report to HSS.
• Facilitate FFHPCT’s engagement at the community and health facility level.
• Engage community members in planning, implementing and reviewing community-related activities including linking with the Health Extension Program
• Work with Health facilities in activity coordination.
• Provide Gap filling trainings for Community volunteers and other community structures.
• Maintain service qualities provided by CEFs, SSWs and community volunteers.
• Ensure linkage of clients refer from community to health facility
• Representing the organization in health facility and Sub-city level program related platforms, Like: PMT/ MDT, and CAM.

Job Requirement

Education: BSC in Clinical Nursing, Public Health or related fields

Experience:  2-3 years relevant experience related with HIV service

Specialized knowledge:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to effective liaise with Community service providers, Community, government structures and other relevant stakeholders.
• Experience on developing and maintaining relations with all community and facility animators. And advanced technical skills on HIV AIDs mitigation Services OVC, KPP, PLHIVs and other vulnerable groups
• Ability to Coaching, Mentoring and activity coordination at site level.
• Ability to coordinate and support community engagement facilitators, SSWs, Volunteers
• Basic computer skills
