Qualifications/Skills

Qualification:

• BA/MBA Degree in Management/ Marketing, Economics, Applied Chemistry or any related field

Experience:

• 8 years for BA or 6 years for MBA of experience in managerial activities in manufacturing related industry, out of which 4 years are as Production Manager in soap and detergent factory. Strong managerial and leadership skills, through knowledge of manufacturing,
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Excellent communication skills
• Comfortable working in a high pressure and demanding environment,
• Proven work experience as a plant manager,
• Adequate knowledge of business and management, principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation and human resources),
• Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise,
• Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes,
• Computer literacy,
• Ability to create accountability and lead by example
• Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills as well as strong communication with local community.
