Job Description


Bethzatha is a private limited company established in the year 1996 to provide health care services in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Bethzatha started its service in 1996 with a higher clinic around Olympia Square (Kirkos Sub City) and a free standing laboratory in Ambassador Theatre building. In 2003 Bethzatha established a 60 bed general hospital at Stadium area providing inpatient and outpatient services in several specialties. For over the past five years the general hospital has been giving medical care to over 100,000 patients per annum.

Reports to: – Operations Director

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Under close supervision of the Operations Director, establish and administer proper and efficient fleet management system of all company vehicles. Administer and make constant follow-up on the timely repair and maintenance of service vehicles. Regulate fuel consumption, annual inspection, and insurance coverage for each vehicle. Make constant follow-up on any accident against Company vehicles and/or third parties, subsequently the case is timely reported to the insurer for compensation/reinstatement.

Specific duties & responsibilities

  • Get a timely repair and innovation of office buildings and premises.
  • Administer timely repair and maintenance of fixed assets at a good standard.
  • Establish and administer proper and efficient fleet management system of all company vehicles.
  • Administer and make constant follow-up on the timely repair and maintenance of service vehicles.
  • Organize and avail all other such services as utility, cleaning, guarding, tasks etc.
  • Regulate fuel consumption, annual inspection, and insurance coverage for each vehicle.
  • Ensure that all vehicles of the Company are used for the interest of the Company during working hours.
  • Ensure that jacket files are opened for each Company vehicle and keep records of maintenance, regular service, accident report, etc.
  • Make constant follow-up on any accident against Company vehicles and/or third parties, subsequently the case is timely reported to the insurer for compensation/reinstatement.
  • Expedite different affairs, such as settlement of utility bills, office rents, pass port and visas cases.
  • Compile data of fuel telephone, electricity, water and other utility consumption.
  • Prepare plans and reports periodically and submit for the concerned body.
  • Coach, mentor and evaluate periodically the performances of employees within the division and make sure that they acquire the necessary skills and training.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

Education : BA in Business Management/Management or other related fields

Work Experience : 8 Years Related Experience
