MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify export markets and demands
• Plan and coordinate shipment of goods for export
• Ensure that LC terms are complied with and export proceeds are collected timely
• Identifying, contacting and establishing strong working relationship with buyers, suppliers, brokers, forwarders, transport companies, banks and other involved parties.
• Making sure that the company follows the relevant governmental rules and regulations in its activities.
• Prepare submit and follow up necessary documents, forms and letters related to the export process.
• Identify export markets and demands

• Prepare shipment documents, forms and letters related to the export process.
• Coordinate the shipment process with airlines
• Ensure that LC terms are compiled with and export proceeds are collected timely
• Identifying, contacting and establishing strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, transport companies, banks and other involved parties.
• Prepare a repatriation form to branches and follow with the National Bank.

Making sure that the company follows the relevant governmental rules and regulations in its activities.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing and other related fields.
• Minimum of 3 up to 5 years of experience

Skills

• Able to work under pressure.
• Good Knowledge in Using Ethiopian Single Windows
• Good communication skill both in Amharic and English
