Job Requirement

Qualification: BA degree in Secretarial science & Office Management

Work experience: A minimum of 4 years of direct work experience.

Terms of employment: permanent after probation period.

Salary: As per the scale of the Bank

Sex: Female

Work place: Finfinne/Head Office

Required Skills

  • Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration and clerical procedure,
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft  Office and “back-office” software
  • In depth knowledge of office management and basic a technical vocabulary of banking industry
  • Proven experience as executive secretary

Integrity and confidentiality

  • Grade 8 ministry certificate is mandatory.
  • Ability of listening, Speaking, Reading & writing ‘AfaanOromoo’ English and Amharic Language is Mandatory
