Job Description


Summary of the Job

Under the supervision of CEO, the Executive Secretary is expected to contribute to the efficiency of the overall business by ensuring all assigned administrative duties are carried on timely and efficiently.  Complete  a  broad  variety  of  administrative  tasks  that  facilitate t CE   ’s  ability  to effectively lead the organization, including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements; and completing expenses and other pertinent tasks.

Job Requirement

Minimum Educational Qualification and Work Experience: BA in Secretarial Science and Office Management  or Business administration or relative field with 6 years’ relevant experience

Required  Skills and Desired Attitude

  • Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft  Office and “back-office” software
  • In depth knowledge of office management and basic a technical vocabulary of banking industry
  •  Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Integrity and confidentiality
