Job Description


About the Job

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and company leadership.
  • Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
  • Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between executives and other departments.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events and meetings.
  • Conduct research and provide background information for executive decision-making.
  • Manage special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
  • Anticipate and proactively address the needs of executives.

About You

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related field.
  • Two to three years of experience.

Skills

  • Thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles.
  • Organizational skills and detail oriented.
  • Ability to work under pressure
