Job Description


Job Summary

This position is responsible for develop and oversee environmental, social, and corporate governance policies and procedures, as well as review and appraise proposed transactions to be socially and environmentally sustainable and comply with safeguarding policies and internationally recognized best practices; and formulate recommendations and requirements for action and incorporate these into applicable internal and related documentation to facilitate proper corporate governance

Job Requirement

Minimum Educational & Work Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree in Environmental Management, Environmental Sciences, or any other relevant field.
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in a similar role
