Job Summary  

The Entrepreneurship Officer is responsible for supporting and guiding planning of agribusiness and off-farm activity related business plan of PSNP households, and develop agri-businesses entrepreneurial competence of the PSNP households and encourage them in endeavors of engaging in economically, socially and technically feasible businesses. He/she play key role in innovation, sorting out creative business ventures and enhance business skills of the PSNP households. The position is also responsible to set performance indicators of business plans, monitor, and evaluate the success of business of Highland Resilience Activity (HRA) at community level

Job Requirement

Qualification :

• BA/BSc or MA/MSc in a relevant field such as Economics, MBA, Marketing and business, Agribusiness and related
• At least 4 years relevant experience; Strong knowledge and working understanding of PSNP and USAID Food Security and Resilience programs; Strong understanding of market-based livelihoods and proven experience in business development service, marketing, and business plan development and management; Computer literate, with strong knowledge of MS Office applications
