Duties and Responsibilities

• Identifying and solving any problem that arises with computer networks and systems;
• Manages and coordinates all IT-related matters including data, security, computer hardware and software;
• Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organization;
• Make sure antivirus software is installed in all machines and ensure it is updated;
• Ensure the accuracy of the system and report if there is any malfunction
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems are up to the standards;
• Trouble-shoots and solves problems related to hardware, software, and network problems
• Ensure timely maintenance and updates are conducted promptly
• Provide the necessary IT and Desk support for all project teams as requested;
• Generate daily, monthly and any required reports as requested
• Other tasks instructed by supervisor

Job Requirement

Academic qualification : Bachelor degree in Information Technology (IT)

Years of experience: BSc Degree and 5+ years of experience in Information Technology

Additional qualifications

• Self-motivated, result-oriented and well-organized;
• Knowledge of database installation and management;
• knowledge in VMWare, Oracle Database and Linux system is an advantage.
• Familiar with Android programming is also a distinct advantage but not a requirement;
• Familiar with web publishing
