Job Summary

The Engineer and Collateral Valuator is responsible to collects and check authenticity of all collateral property documents. He/she observes, measures, takes pictures (both photograph and video as appropriate) and other data of collateral properties; interprets the data, estimates value of collateral, and produces collateral estimation result reports;

Salary: Attractive & per the Bank’s Scale

Required Education & Experience:

BSc degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology or any relevant field of stud with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in designing, estimation and valuation.
