Contractor and Supplier Company working on Energy, Water Supply, Engineering Laboratory, and Scientific Equipment, and Modern Irrigation System. Our Company undertakes turn-key projects and supply contracts. We are now looking for a competent professional committed to work in a team environment.

Job Title: Electromechanical Works Manager

Place of Work: Addis Ababa with travel
Salary: As per Company salary scale
Employment Term: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed work plan, organize teams, supervise Electromechanical Works
• Develop and implement working / controlling methods/ procedures for efficient and effective performance.
• Visit potential customers and establish sound business relationship
• Design work procedure, follow-up implementation and ensure timely completion of projects
• Maintain updated communication with Clients and Suppliers
• Follow up preparation and submission of payment certificates for timely collection of proceedings
• Maintain database of Contracts, follow up progress and send timely reports/feedback to customers and suppliers.

Qualification & Experience:

• First degree in Electrical / Electromechanical Engineering with four (4) years of relevant experience in managing sales and projects.

Other Skills:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer skills in the application of MS-Excel, Word, and Auto-CAD programs as appropriate.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Team player.
• Professional certificate is an advantage.
