Job Objective

To acquire building electrical installation maintenance and modification services; by inspecting the functionality of electrical fittings, in realizing operating excellence, cleanliness, and safety, so that full operational excellence and development and satisfaction of internal and external customer are ensured.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Shall advice any issues concerning electrical installations, electrical fittings and alternative solutions
• Shall keep all electrical drawings and specifications for all bank buildings
• Shall guide, coach and train junior electricians
• Shall conduct electrical line installation works of offices & buildings.
• Shall ensure that installation work is done in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Shall prepare list of electrical materials required for maintenance and installation and follows-up/participate in the procurement process.
• Shall maintains defects of generators and other electrical devices/ machines.
• Shall identify electrical defects and specifies the necessary maintenance work for old building installation and certifies that they are in good order.
• Shall assist in the installation of electrically driven equipment & devices
• Shall install generators and alarm system to branches/other head office organ as deemed necessary.
• Shall inspect electrical materials & electrical equipment.
• Shall Ensures that defective electrical materials/machines, generators, & lifts are properly maintained by external companies as per the requirement.
• Shall Install and maintain new and existing telephone and electric lines
• Perform other related duties given by the supervisor.
