ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

• Participate on implementation, enhancement and support of E-Banking systems
• Participate on SIT and UAT of POS service with EthSwitch ,
• Participate on implementation of remaining E-Banking products/services with EthSwitch,
• Participate in moving all ATM/POS products rom from test environment on live environment,
• Follow up correction of any system errors identified by customers and branches,
• Ensure approved correct formats are used for account opening,
• Ensures that proper changes are made in E-Banking systems configuration and parameters,
• Perform technical support for internal staffs and customers,
• Periodically identifies gaps and takes corrective measures on E-Banking systems.

JOB REQUIREMENT

BSC in Computer Science or related fields of study with 2 years of relevant experience on E-Banking systems (Internet Banking, Card banking, Mobile
Banking and Agent Banking).
