Skills:

  • Good working knowledge of OPERA software
  • Good communication skills and computer literacy
  • Be self-motivated and possess excellent time management skills

About You

Job Requirements

  • BA in Hotel Management or related
  • 4 years and above in a 4* or 5* hotel
  • Related Experience is Mandatory
  • Supervise overall Hotel activities and all outlets.
  • Replace the Night Manager if the need arises.
  • Monitor customer feedback and advise Front Office Management
  • Review, maintain and amend system and procedures of the Front Office Department
  • Handle and co-ordinate group reservation, bill settlement e.t.c.
