MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sets up and operates portable drilling rig machine.
• Extends stabilizing jackscrews to support level drilling.
• Moves levers to control power-driven winch .
• Pours water into well to cool drill bit.
• Replace drill bit to collect samples & inspect core samples.
• Records drilling progress geological data..

JOB REQUIREMENT

Qualifications: Diploma/Certificate in Drilling (additional training in drilling is an advantage).
Work Experience:10 years of experience in drilling, experience on DTH & Mud drilling (experience on Massenza model of rigs is an advantage).
Training: Training in welding and driving license is an advantage.
Language: A good command of spoken & written English
