Qualifications/Skills
– Diploma in drafting, construction or related field
– At least 3 years of experience in creating technical drawings of buildings.
– At least 1 year of experience in quantity surveying works for construction projects.
– Should understand the best work practices of architectural drawings of buildings.
– Should be able to perform quantity surveying of architectural, structural, sanitary and electrical items.
– Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel and other drafting softwares.
– Should be able to work in a team.
