Job Summary

A door attendant is responsible to provide security and courtesy services at a residential building or in a particular property. The primary duty of a door attendants is security. Door attendants also provide courtesy services such as opening and closing doors, operating elevators, screening visitors, and accepting packages. He should make sure all luggage, letter, courier, and message movements are tracked and accounted. He should also attend the main entrance door and welcome/bidding them with a fond farewell, help customers with directions and perform as the first and last impression for them. Moreover, upon arrival of customers, escorting to their respective locations or outlet and explaining the property features is also a daily task

Job Requirement

• Level 3 and above, or Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or relevant field.
• No work experience
• Able to stand for long hours and Transport guest luggage.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing), innovative, pro-active, and reliable
