Job Summary

He/she is responsible to Communicate directives and instructions from Head office, Assess and recommend potential areas for branch expansion, Direct and monitor the resource mobilization activities of branches ,Enforce customer service quality standards ,Follow up and authorize provision of required materials/resources and facilities to branches, Review and approve requests for loans within his/her discretion ,Follow up the settlement of overdue loans and ensure appropriate actions are taken timely against defaulters; Prepare district work plans and monitor their execution,

Job Requirement

Educational Level and work Experience: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration ,Accounting & Finance ,Economics  or related field, with eight 8/10 years of experience of which Four (4) years should be at senior supervisor position
