Job Description


Requirements

  • Ability to travel within the designated branches as needed
  • Proven experience in business development and strategic planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in business process modeling tools and techniques
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
  • Ability to travel within the designated branches as needed
  • Advanced knowledge of business process modeling techniques

  • Central East District/Adama

About You

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or related fields.

Experience

  • Ten  (10) years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.
