Job Summary

The job holder is responsible for the development of the Bank’s corporate strategy. S/he is responsible to ensure all activities of socioeconomic and market research, strategy and policy formulation, marketing, monitoring and evaluation are made as per the standard; organize activities in efficient and productive ways by planning, guiding and coordinating all efforts of the department. S/he monitors and evaluates the strategy implementation against set targets and recommend measures to keep the strategy execution process on track

Job Requirement

Master’s Degree in Economics or Management or Accounting or other business-related fields or B.A Degree in Economics or Management or Accounting or other business related fields with 8/10 years of banking experience respectively of which 3 years in a managerial position
