Summary
We are looking for a Director of Recruitment to design and implement recruiting strategies for our company.
Responsibilities include monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of recruiters, and identifying high-potential candidates. If you have previous experience in a senior recruiting position, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all recruiting activities to provide innovative solutions to critical organizational challenges.
- Manage client requests and handle all communication regarding talent requests.
- Forecast hiring needs based on upcoming technology trends.
- Measure key recruitment metrics, like a source of hire and time-to-hire.
- Manage, train, and evaluate our team of recruiters.
- Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company.
Requirements
- BA/MA in Human Resources or any other relevant field.
- 10 years and above proven work experience as a Head of Recruitment in the Tech industry with hands-on international recruitment experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
