Job Description


Position: Digital Communications and Alumni Engagement Coordinator

Salary: As per the school’s salary scale

Qualifications/Skills

Qualification:

Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design and/or public relations or related fields

Experience:

A minimum of five years of relevant work experience

Skills:

Graphic Design skills and experience with the creation and development of website content
• A thorough understanding of English writing and editing skills
• Possess professional writing skills, and excellent oral communication skills in both English and Amharic
• Prior experience in graphic design, photography and video editing utilizing a variety of platforms
• Experience with social media, Creating, Maintaining, Uploading website Content and other online activity and/or marketing communications
• Ability to work under pressure, consistently meet deadlines possess excellent time management skills, enjoy collaboration and teamwork
• Ability to originate and edit content to be used on various digital platforms
• Prior experience in event planning, communications (origination/follow-up), Database, Management, Networking & Outreach and overall public relations experience
• Prior experience in school marketing and alumni relations in a school setting is advantageous
