Job Description

Essential Function

Undertakes all D-Banking activities (card banking, Internet banking, Mobile and Reconciliation).

  • Extract the cards request memo of branches from the outlook system on daily basis.
  • Making instant card pool request on card management system and upload the request on Ethswitch system.
  • Follow-up the instant card pool, instant and personalized card relink process that request to Ethswitch system.
  • Reconcile the report with the branches request of instant card pool and relink against the actual processed on Ethswitch system.
  • Prepare personalized and instant card and pin delivery dispatch to each branch.
  • Notify to all city branches by email to come and collect their personalized and instant cards.
  • Hand over the card and pins to branches delegated staff after getting them signed on receiving format.
  • Send the cards and pins separately to the concerned outlying branches through post office in the name of delegated staffs along with the dispatching format.
  • Follow up the outlying branches and received back the signed dispatching format.
  • File all the dispatch of card and pin deliveries and branch request memos.
  • undertakes corrective measures to rectify any E-Banking system errors identified by customers and branches;
  • Handle dispute request from Enat bank branches and from other banks.
  • Prepare weekly digital banking service activation report.
  • Support branches for their any digital banking service support request.
  • Handle all reconciliation related to ATM transaction (reconcile branches ATM suspense general ledger (G L) against cash on ATM GL).
  • Reconcile Ethswicth claim against ATM suspense GL and NBE settlement account.
  • Handle all reconciliation related to P2P transaction.
  • Follow-up branches for their ATM cash differences.
  • Perform other duties and activities as required as by supervisor.

Job Requirement

  • BA in Accounting, Economics, Management, Marketing, Banking and Insurance with 2 and above years of bank operation experience.
