Job Description


Purpose of the Job:

To support the implementation of the Company’s strategic goals by providing capable, motivated, and innovative workforce through effective and integrated talent management, strategies, programs and policies; availing effective facility services and managing workable corporate social engagement.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Define HR objectives and strategy that are aligned with overall strategy of the Company.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of key talent management programs such as succession planning, career management, total rewards, learning and development, workforce planning, sourcing, performance management, retention etc.
  • Lead the development of HR policies, programs and procedures and partner with senior leaders to implement human resources strategies.
  • Oversee the development of strategies and plans for effective and efficient operations of talent, enterprise services and corporate social responsibility engagement.
  • Contribute to the development of the business strategy and provides counsel to the leadership team in support of the Company’s’ goals and initiatives.
  • Identify critical HR goals and success factors for the business; develop related action plans and deliver corresponding results.
  • Ensure alignment of business model and operating model of the company.
  • Lead the provision of effective consultation and solution to business leaders related to talent matters.
  • Drive effective and integrated execution of talent programs.
  • Lead the HR operation or HR admin works
  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategy and plan.
  • Manage community development programs.
  • Manage on-going community impact of operations.
  • Oversee the effective and efficient provision of employee assistance services and administrative requirements of offices including cleanliness, facilities management.

Job Requirements

Qualification and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related fields with six (6) years of demonstrated experience out of which three (3) years in a managerial position

Or

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related fields with ten (10) years of demonstrated experience of which five (5) years in a managerial position.
