Job Requirement

•  Diploma/Certificate in food preparation from recognized hotel institute or college.
• At least 3 years of experience in 3 or 4 Star Hotel as Demi chef or related responsible position.
•  Able to work independent and goo knowledge of kitchen organization
• Basic knowledge of each kitchen department
• Good spoken & written English
• Very good team player
• Great interpersonal skill, communication skill and  passion for the industry
• Computer literate
• Very good understanding of food cost and cost management
