The incumbent will report directly to the Packaging Engineer.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties
• Support SHEQ, Manufacturing and Human Resource Team
• Clear Time and Attendance Exception and Prepare timely reports
• Data Entry in to SAP and Time and Attendance .
• Comply with all E3 requirements.
• Performs and facilitates execution of administrative activities and procedures for the effective execution of own role

Skills, Experience & Education

• Diploma (10+3/Level IV) in Secretarial Science and Office Management/Computer Science/Information Technology/Information Science with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
