Job Description

We provide a comprehensive suite of results-driven training solutions to address a variety of business issues in customer service, sales, management, and leadership.

About the job

  • Has expert-level knowledge in at least two training departments (customer services and salesmanship/soft skills/leadership/supervision/service marketing); evaluates and improves processes within work areas
  • A facilitative expert with a spur to train
  • Understands and conducts experiential learning
  • Designs and or refines appropriate training as needed.
  • Organizes & conducts training sessions as needed.
  • Provides documentation of training provided, and validates that budgeted time allocated is met.
  • Creates & conducts certification for learners. Provides feedback and coaching as part of the learning experience.
  • Selects or develops teaching aids such as training manuals, slides, case studies, and role-play scenarios as per client needs.
  • Confers with management and other employees to gain knowledge of what work situations require training.
  • Attends meetings and workshops, and participates on committees, as assigned.
